1. The interior of the apartment is a non-smoking area. Please use the balcony if you wish to smoke and put cigarette butts in an ashtray.

2. This property is NOT part of a holiday resort. Please keep noise levels to a minimum in the common areas of the building as well as in the apartment. It is forbidden to organize parties in the property. In Barcelona you will find plenty of bars, pubs, discos and restaurantsyou can have a great time without disturbing anyone and compromising your stay.

Please note the times when silence is required in Spanish towns:
Monday – Friday: 21.30 to 9.00
Saturday – Sunday: 22.00 to 10.00

3. Whenever you leave the apartment, please: (a) turn off the lights, heat and air-conditioning system, and (b) lock the doors securely behind you.

4. Please place your garbage in the nearest container before checking out. Otherwise, a partial or even total deduction from the damage deposit
will take place, depending on the owner’s decision.

5. The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of the apartment on the day of departure. Cleaning during your stay will have an extra cost (consult your
contact person). The cleaning fee does not include the washing of used dishes, so the client must washthe tableware used during the stay (cutlery, glasses, etc.). Otherwise, a partial or even total deduction from the damage deposit will take place, depending on the owner’s decision.

6. If the client uses any extra bed linen or towels without permission, the cost of the laundry (between 15€ and 50€) will be deducted from the
damage deposit.

7. Check out time is 11:00 am as we need to clean the apartment between 11.00 and 14:00, prior to the next check-in (normally about 14.00).
