A bathroom with walk in shower and a well equipped kitchen. It has a private terrace with sunbeds and a fenced sea facing garden. Tastefully furnished, with a comfortable super king size bed. A large flat screen TV with choice of channels and Netflix. Great Wifi. It is separate to the main house and faces the sea. The property borders onto a nature reserve of pines and dunes. It is accessed from the quiet front street via a traditional Andalusian courtyard. There is an upper sun deck with fantastic sea views and layout beds which is accessed by steps up from the exterior.
