Two-Bedroom House. Country house with 2 bedrooms, each with a window, security bars, a wardrobe, and 2 bedside tables. Living roomkitchen with a pellet stove and fireplace. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, toaster oven, fridge-freezer, 2 smart TVs (1 in the master bedroom), 600 Mbps fiber optic router, capsule and Italian coffee makers, complete kitchenware, glasses and stemware, and a pressure cooker. The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, bidet shower in the toilet, hairdryer, and toiletries including body milk, shampoo, and shower gel. The house is rustic in style with handcrafted wooden coffered ceilings and wrought iron headboards on stone walls. It is rented exclusively to a group, but if it is a couple (2 people) or a couple with a child up to 3 years old (3 people), they will occupy one bedroom, with the other always remaining locked. If paying for 2 people, you will occupy either a double room with a double bed or a triple room with 3 single beds, but only 1 of the two will be used! The house faces the natural pools of the Alberche River, right on the beachfront of the freshwater swimming area, but it DOES NOT HAVE A PRIVATE POOL. Furthermore, marked hiking trails to the Sierra de Gredos mountains start right from the doorstep. Its ideal for enjoying wonderful outdoor experiences and practicing photography.
