The water of the hot tub is heated up to 34 degrees from 1st of October until 1st of June and from 17.00 until 19.00 oclock.

Heat is not available from June 1st to October 1st during this time heat is €100 extra per week, upon request.

Notice-for safety reasons, no other parties other than those who have booked the property are allowed in the property during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Noise policy offer: Due to the propertys central location, there are bars, restaurants and nightclub that mayadditional nighttime noise on Fridays and Saturday. For this reason, we are making a special discount that is automatically applied for the two nights of the week.

Property access: To access the property there are two options - one is a walkway downhill and the other, from the street level, includes a few flights of stairs.
